Textile art collections
I was the child who gathered snails in a bucket, created passageways for hermit crab races and scoured the beach for sea glass and driftwood. I created sculptures with wood, shells and bits of sea glass for color. In high school/college I painted with a family friend who was an accomplished botanical artist and my creative mentor. I have always noticed details and studied color. This collection of beach art is a reflection of the girl who cried every Labor Day.
